I bet/commit here vs. the fish, he's calling a ton of KT, JT, KQ, QJ, worse Ax and flush draws there, worst case scenario is KJ, QT and AQ (which we block) and we've got the back door to draw out vs. those.
Vs. better villains, it's going to depend a lot on how you think they play their flush draw here.

I make a bet, given that the small blind didnt lead the flop, or CR on the flop, we can eliminate sets/2pairs generally. Therefore I am thinking villain has a hand similar to ours, or has a gutter/FD hand.
We can bet the turn to get value from these/protect our hand. On the river, there are lots of cards that can helpo both our hand strength

Yeah it's fine, just betting into a field of players represents strength and it's easier to get all the money in by the river when the pot is already twice as big as normal on the flop.
You don't need to bet all that big there IMO.

I like your flop sizing and wouldn't overanalyze it like you are doing above.
Vs a true passive fish I would bet like $50 and fold to a checkraise shove because we would be getting crappy odds and passive fish would rarely play a draw that way. And it lets us build a pot if we do nit a spade and valuetown him.
But this guy at 77/20 only 60 hands almost seems like a more spazzy unpredictable type of fish, im more inclinde to check back because I won't like folding if he does checkraise shove, I wont like calling a checkraise shove, and a spazzy fish is way more likely to bluff river if we check turn behind than a passive fish.
