Villain: VPIP: 22 PFR: 18 WTS: 30 AF: 2.0 steal BU 50% Folds to 3bet 73% 4bets 12% (4bet range 2.1%) Sample: 3k Hands - No Reads

Kinda weird situation here. Usually I wouldnt ever call a 4bet oop with 100bb stacks. This time tho I thought it might actually be OK. The player in the BB was a 45/10 fish. Villain on the BU doesnt usually minopen the BU. So I really dont believe him having a strong hand at all since he would open bigger because of the fish. I think I should assume 99% that that he knows he should open his V-hands bigger vs the fish. So I cleary 3bet 4 value here. I have 3bet quite a bunch so I think he might make a play back at me now.

Shipping is kinda bad since my hand does pretty bad vs his 5bet calling range. So I decided to call and donkbluff a few flops or C/R on certain boards. I think on this board I can get him to fold some bad Ax hands.

I´d rather jam the flop than betting and c/f turn. And while open-jamming the flop oop is a suicidal play it clearly shows why flatting the 4bet pre is basically bad. Either 3bet-fold pre or flat and let BB-fish come along. IF BTN´s range actually is so weak, there´s no need to "bluff" him off that weak range.

Chances are he will not fold any of Ax he is 4-betting preflop with to your flop 1/2 pot lead...

Why didn't you just jam preflop if you were confident in your read?

a 4bet call pre OOP wKQoff versus a good TAG is most of the time a -EV play

Well to to me it seemed like with KQo vs his 5bet-calling range, the risk/reward ratio is not really what I want with very few EQ. So I decided since the price to call pre was pretty good and you still have some room to move postflop, it was OK to call. Just a weird spot
