hi entity,

i cant watch the premium podcasts, i'm a yearly member

please help, thank you

I have a 6 month subscription. I tried deleting my cookies, logging in, and accessing http://www.deucescracked.com/podcast_subscriptions . However, it looks like I'm getting a redirect error ("Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.") I'm running Win7 + Firefox 7.0.1.

Help?

If you're currently in your free trial, you won't be able to subscribe to the podcasts until your first payment has gone through. If you've made a payment and continue to have problems post in this thread and we'll fix your account as soon as possible.

This is because you're in your free trial - you should be able to access the podcast payments once your first payment goes through. Sorry for the inconvenience on this.

I just subscribed to a 6 month subscription. How do I get the podcast? None of the links you've posted work for me and I see a password mentioned but I don't have one.

Rob, I paid for a six month subscription last night. Couldn't you have looked that up before responding to my post? Why can't I access the podcast? Why is it so difficult?

Sorry, I was responding from my phone earlier (where I couldn't check your subscription status). You should be all setup and good to go now.

i feel like joe, sorry i'm not the most technical person in the world but this is bs

when you pay for a service you shouldn't have to jump through hoops like this

should be click and play, please make more user friendly, like old podcast, ty in advance and sorry about the venting

hi i just switched from a monthly sub to a six month to get the podcast now im assuming the reason it isnt working for me is i can't get access til my monthly runs out on the 23rd and the six month takes over, is that the problem you've been having?
if so could you manually switch me over in your system? thanks

my password worked on itunes for the first couple episodes and now its not working... is there a work around for this?

I'm having the same problem.

Yorgersin and gilette, I was able to fix both of your subscriptions and you should be able to access the page now.

I am a member for over six months and ask you to consider making the podcast part of the subscription.

I cleared all my cookies. Tried Chome, Firefox, and IE. Nothing works. Redirect error. Please help
