Update: I ended up just downloading some of the episodes to my PC through iTunes, and then syncing them up with my phone using DoubleTwist. Not ideal but at least I now have some episodes to play on my phone.
By the way, I tried using a couple of other podcatcher apps in addition to DoggCatcher that support premium subscription feeds, but none of them liked the URL and all gave similar errors.

Hmm - can you make sure you're using the right URL (paste it here, including http/https)? I know you said you used the same URL, but a 500 error is an application-broken type of error, and It's working for me via iCatcher (iPhone), so I know it's not the feed. If it's working for you via iTunes then the feed is definitely working, but it's possibly that some Android/other apps try to go about getting the XML feed in a way that isn't supported.
Happy to look into this more but I need more to go off of unfortunately.
Other droid users, can you post what app you've used to grab the podcast on the go?

No worries - I was using http://www.deucescracked.com/podcasts/deuceplays_premium/podcast.xml (exactly as written).
Copy/paste is pretty awkard on my droid, so I was manually typing it in, but I was very careful and did it 9 or 10 times on various apps with the same result.
Ok - let's see if any other Droid users post how they're accessing it. It sounds likely that the Droid apps are doing something nonstandard in how they request the XML (possibly some param they pass or something?) that may be causing breakage. Unfortunately I can't get my hands on a droid for testing purposes, so beyond asking the community to help there isn't much I can do immediately.
What other podcasting apps did you try?

I tried DoggCatcher, BeyondPod and one other that I've since deleted and can't remember the name of, even searching Android Market again
- possibly OneCast?
I'm actually all set now that I can transfer episodes onto my phone, so no hurry here. I understand that you can't do much without a Droid to test on.
Thanks!

Hi,
I just subscribed monthly and got ep 07 how do i get access to earlier episodes of premium?
In iTunes, you should be able to see a list of all Podcast Episodes in your podcast tab. If you try that and still only see one episode, you may have to right click and select "show all available episodes."
