Since you talked about slaw...Sub roll, hot pastrami, swiss, cole-slaw, Russian dressing. Called the "capastrami' at the capriottis sub chain.

My once-a-year sammich: sub bread, spicy mayo, turkey, real bacon, melted colby jack, avacado slices, lettuce, tomato, and a fried egg.
Am anxiously anticipating the legalization of poker and the first episode of Hey Frown!

Love the fried egg on sandwiches. I usually go with it on some type of the beef sandwiches.

Wow that chick is tilting.

Last Sandwich:
Olive Loaf, butter, jamon iberico, provolone. Certainly not a cheap sandwich, but worth dying for.
If I had to pick a more common sandwich, a Reuben would be pretty good.

I hit the over when I was posting =/
My favourite sandwhich is a really strong cheddar cheese grated with branston pickle in a baguette.
I'm not sure how common branston pickle is in the US but if you haven't tried it before it's great with strong cheese as well as ham or beef imo.
