Bart uses the term a lot, but never defines it.

it's when somebody cold calls a raise and then 4bets over a 3bet
They can't both cold call and 4bet. Is backraise merely a synonym for 4bet?
utg raises, mp calls, co 3bets, btn sb bb fold, utg folds, mp 4bets - this is backraise
Don't forget about the backraise's retarded cousin; the limp/reraise. It's similar but has a slightly more nutty flavour to it.
Ah. Got it. You raise after you've cold called.

there are two varieties of Limp Reraise.
1) the nuts, AA, maybe KK if villain is getting frisky.
2) villain limps total junk to see a flop, some bastard raises. Eff You says villain, think you can do that shea to me? and reraises.
Typically type 2 is done by short stacks, and the reraise is a shove, but obviously it's important to be able to tell the difference.
3) miss click + level > ATC
* shit i miss clicked
* oh this reg is just raising my limp because he thinks i miss clicked!
* i'm going to reraise because i know he probably thinks that and therefore raises me light, so he should know that i know that and was limping to induce! hahaha i have him now! he's totally realize what i was doing and put me on the 7 aces and be scared and fold!
* shit he called! wellll he is probably just setmining because he knows that i know that it looks bluffy and therefore it can never be a bluff so i always have AA there so what i'm gonna do is cbet and he won't continue without a set like EVARRR
* shit he called my cbet! welll he probably knows that i know that my hand looks like AA and know that he knows that he will probably be setmining there, but knowing that he probably knows that i know that, he will like allllways float me when he missed his set because he probably thinks that when he doesn't fold to the cbet i will probably think he just hit his set and therefore he can like float me so what i'll do it check/call the turn to pick off his floatzomgg!!
* zomggg my plan is workinggggg!! now, let's let him bluff on the river again!! he probably thinks that i know that he needs to fire twice because i won't believe him for one barrol so what i'll do is check/shove the river, getting maximum value and it just looks so super strong, he will just never evar be able to call me and then i will show everyone on the table my air and i will be crowned by some pokerphil to be some sort of poker champion for reading soulzzz truly.
* shit he called with top pair, what an eeediot he is like nevar good there
I always wondered what this was while listening to podcast, good thread OP
