Use the skype names to add each other. I'll send a message to the group through skype, to set up our first meeting (I'm thinking in Saturday, 16h00 GMT, so that everyone can be present in the first meeting, what you guys think?). In this meeting we will establish ways of working within the group, formal and informal meetings, software needed and other topics...
Have collected some ideas for the first meeting and also for the functioning of the group, but I'm also open to suggestions, so I can better plan what we will discuss.

Also, for our group meetings, we will need to install a free software called TeamViewer7. When installing, set it to mannualy allow (its default is allow control) and non-commercial use.
