22yo former student from Belgium. I play 50NL mostly after getting my roll from 25NL(took 30 days of grinding). I'm usually at 10-15(sometimes 18) tables on stars. hello everyone ,

My name is shane and i am just getn back into DC . For the last 2 years or so i have lived off of poker , mainly mtts (not a great living but better than working construction like i used to) but since the actions of the us government on black friday (im american obv) my life has been greatly altered. However i am not ready to give up on poker as a profession , so i am trying to switch over to cash games primarily to survive until online poker is fully legal again and mtt scene comes back. Well thats my background now onto my point............

When i came up learning mtts one of the biggest ways i improved was by joining chat groups with other successful mtt players and discussing ideas . Well since black friday my former groups have become like ghost towns . Most players i know are looking to move on to different paths of life , leaving me with no one to bounce ideas off of or discuss hands with. I was hoping i could start a group here today with the hopes of finding a couple grinders still out there trying to survive like me or some non americans still living the dream lol. If anyone is interested please add permatilt420 on skype and we can discuss maybe getn a dc group started !

I hit you guys up on Skype. I'm interested in getting a group together as well. I'm mainly focusing on 4NL - 25NL 6max right now. however, I also enjoy the occaisional MTT. I'm grinding on Merge right now and trying to build a roll to move up to small stakes by the end of the year.Right now 10NL is my main game and have been watching a grip of BalugaWhale videos here on DC. I look forward to meeting up with you guys and anyone else interested in discussing strategy, videos, and hand histories.

I currently play NL10 trying to grind my way back up to NL20 where i ran into a downswing, also some problems w/ exchange rates at the bank has cut my winnings drasticly.

Anyway, I live in europe so it would be nice with a group that has members from here to make it easier with online times and such.
