After reading blah234's post I just decided to write this. I hope this isn't wrong way to do this. Or improper Forum ways.

So not sure how many people know me on here now. I have been trying to be better about being active on DC and trying to learn how to be a helpful poster to my fellow lowbies and so on. I have been trying to get real about trying to grow my game. It has been made clear to me that I have learned most things by having mentors in many things: BBSes when I was in school and business when I was younger and lived in a better place for me to do business. Why I thought poker would not be that way for me is beyond me. Live and learn I guess.

This is the scoop. I am looking for someone who is ahead of me on some level in micro grinding that wants practice coaching or just learning together. I have though about joining a 25nl group, but I am not sure if that is right for me where I am. I can beat 2nl on FTP and I have had on and off success at 5nl and 10nl. I have played SNGs 1 table and HUSNGs and 6max 2nl-25nl. I am doing 5nl rush to get in my hands each day and to be honest more in a bum hunting fashion. I am hoping to have someone who is just ahead of me (or whatever) who wants to try teaching a low rush player or I would be willing to go to just reg 6 max or FR micro stuff. I am just looking for a wanna be coach who has beat a level they would be teaching me at or a coach with a soft spot who would help me get on the right track and maybe give me a break on cost up front. I don't have any poker income to speak of and I have money to pay for coaching but I am not sure if it is the right time for me to spend money on coaching to get me on the right track. The point is I don't have a lot of money to put into it up front.

What I will do and have. I have a lot of time. I give my wife rides to work and home and take care of my elderly parents, but most of the day I can put into poker(playing/learning). Late night voice stuff isn't great for me during the week as I can't really disturb my wife's sleeping (computer is near our bed) I have a deep desire to make it work as it would fit my needs if I can make this work. I have an ok BR for micros start on FT and would only want to play there unless someone really thought I should move to another US site. It is around 480USD right now I think. I have rakeback on FT at 27%. I have been an Ironman for last few months and working on being a gold level this month. I own small stakes HEM. I have a membership to DC and will be keeping it. I will get whatever software I need to if I can afford it and for sure if poker can pay for it.

I am a very loyal person so if you help me now as a wanna be coach or give me a break as a real coach now I will make up for it on the back end with glee. I am sure there are many people who feel the same way I do and I am not sure if I am doing this totally wrong, but I just feel like I need to jumpstart this thing.

I will do an infomercial or tell people how great you were and so on. I have no issue telling how someone made me go from donk to stud and so on.
