(Rake: $2.85)
Preflop seems standard
Floped an over pair on a dry board im not giving up yet
Turn is a perfect card for him to barrel , although there are K's in his range
River bet tells me hes either on a 3barrel bluff with air or he hit that king or hes going for 3 streets with a JJ / QQ type hand where he figures he has a higher pair than me , i dont think he has a set that often and hed prob bet more on the river with one
I decided to shove the river , the board is so dry and now he has seen me call 3 streets and shove all in , what hands other than a bluff can he beat , im representing a set or straight w/67 , id of played a set the same way and even with AK i think hes going to have a hard time in trying to call here.
He thinks for awhile , then folds and types 'nice set' into the chat box.
On the pop up in HEM - does the turn cbet stat also mean double barrel stat ?? im pretty sure it is but just want to make sure

That is my understanding. I'm 95% sure it's firing a second barrel (flop and turn) not sure if preflop has anything to do with it (like you had to cbet first to turn cbet).
Very interesting hand. I'd honestly probably at least consider folding AK here. I also imagine that against your range here folding AK is probably correct.
As long as this is a pretty rare play I think it's all right. The part I'm most unwild about is the turn call. Sure a K is a good barrel card so he may just be barreling, but there are lots of river cards that are kind of ugly and could put you in a tough spot. He may well fire a diamond since it's a back door draw.

I keep getting an error everytime i come in here ..
'The tread you are about to enter is either dead or dieing'
Whats up with that ?!
lol
Yep I post a thread about trying to get more action and then go away.
Been a long week at work, been getting up really early and driving to a different facility for work and the hours get pretty long so it's been tough to get on and post. Have been able to play a little but not a lot.
I'll have a few more days of that next week and then hopefully back into the swing of things. I'll try to get a video recorded this weekend (likely Sunday) maybe that will spark some action.

This hand made me grin. It has "I HAVE A SET OH GOD PLEASE CALL ME" written all over it. I think if you are sure he's the type to be able to fold AK or KQ in this spot, and (potentially or) he's the type to barrel frequently, then it's a great spot.
Langerz makes some good points about the turn, though. I'm too sleepy and lazy to attempt to add anything to his analysis right now.
I think he hit the K, had AA, or was 3 barrel bluffing. I would say most likely he hit the K.
You know what would make this post better? Your image. I think I'm the only one so far to post what I think my opponents think of me.

Hey Yojimgari, I believe this group was started right before the release of the online book Small Stakes No Limit Hold'Em by Flynn, Mehta, and Miller. I believe the group primarily existed through this thread and although there hasn't been much activity lately, I'm sure it can be started back up or continued at any time in any format.

Thanks, Fishtastic told me that the group petered out and didn't go further than this thread. So if I want to do group work for the book, it's best to go to the official website for the book. Good luck, Yojimgari
