I don't have the odds to just call looking to hit those, I can't call down with J-High, I'm happy to take the pot down now against almost any hand and my BS-ometer was flashing massively.

Pretty convenient here for him to be donking a K here, or even a 6 don't you think? Why wouldn't he, someone who looked aggro, c/r?

Plus people donking into me gives me blue balls and I have to re-assert somehow Grin .

FWIW This is hyper-hyper rare but I've been looking into dry boards recently and it's amazing what people will try to get away with on them.

Do you think, that they think, that you think, that they think that the board is dry? Or do you think that they think that they got nothing so they need to BLUFF-DONK because they can't lay down to you cbet ?

I see alot of donks my self, and glad I do Grin

OOoooh tempting, will PM if I'm back from dinner in time ^.^

The second one, i think Smile

Who knows what causes it. The donk bet can be a very powerful weapon when used correctly but for most it's just a completly definied range, most of which is crap if there are no draws on the board.

3-way gets a lot trickier though

FUBAR experiment...

Against a full table of LP, has anyone tried open-limping every hand (that is playable)? I've messed around with this for fun at micro tables and had interesting results.

*no, I'm not advocating it* = please don't revoke my DC membership. (CYA) lol

... althought it does lead to some interesting theories.

Vs a range which doesn't have such total BS in it on a more wet board I agree with you.

It really got too late for me last nite... He had a huge stack, but for the 40 hands on the table he hadn't done anything fancy.

Argh why does PS hide my fold button from time to time, happened in the HG aswell... Was just comming a bit back (not many chips) but had been AI a couple of times and won 4 hands in row by using my TIGHT image to steal some pots.

On another note my game really shifted alot from being terriple to pretty good (at least I think it did) I really didn't get the cards on the right times before I was pretty short. Also playing with a chipstack when your first 5-6 moves goes damn wrong, kind of limits your choices later in the tourney. Where it in cash-games doesn't mean all that much, sitting with a 10bb stack in a 6m LHE tourney, you really need the cards to come your way at the right times. Luckily it did when I was in the most of trouble and every time I entered the pot was to get AI.

Anyone from DC and/or BI GRO made it deep in any of the SCOOP events?

Here's a video with commentary of me 2 tabling .5/1 full ring LHE. Let me know what you think, I'm not doing so well overall Frown

Over here the thread in the video forum.

Fnupple, jaybeastie, and Isac made it to the money in the 55 SCOOP; Fnupple was 7th. Congrats!! I think everyone got eliminated from the 530 event before the money.
