I don't really have a lot of people I talk to about poker that play the same stakes as me.
anyone from like 2/4 - 10/20 (i mostly play 5/10 myself) interested?

I think his implication is that its very hard/unusual for somebody to get up to 2/4 without talking strategy with anybody else who plays medium stakes at least. I mean, maybe you could a few years ago, but nowadays?

oh, ya I guess. I wasn't even sure if he was talking to me or spinky. Cuz he said d94 said 2/4 but I said i play mostly 5/10. I've played midstakes for a few years, but I don't really log a ton of hands anymore with my school. I've probably only logged like 10k hands since sept. Home for the holidays now and i've been playing daily and started posting here a little more.

Anyways ya I used to have a friend who played similar stakes as me, but the past year he's been playing/crushing the FTP cap games so I don't really talk much strat with him anymore.

Have one friend now who plays .50/1 and 1/2... hes got a pretty good poker mind so I do talk with him some and we sweat each other on sometimes, but he doesn't really play the same stakes so i didn't include him.

Only other person i really talk strat with is a limit player so that doesn't count, its more just bitching to each other.

i've always watched CR/DC vids and soaked up knowledge that way and of course through playing myself. Also read 2+2 but don't post much.

So like, how would this work. We just post hands, ideas etc and comment on them?

I'm a spewtard who plays 2/4-10/20€ on prima. I'm interested if it looks like it'll be good.

Yes!, i am in need of getting out of my shell as well. I play 2/4,3/6, 5/10. PLO and NLH 6-max. I play 5/10,10/20,15/30 LHE as well. I include my self in the "people that don't talk that much poker with others" category. Maybe this is the way to start us becoming more beastly players! I have only recently began have sweat sessions back and forth w/ a couple friends i met while playing on FTP. I got skype & aim please ya'll get up w/ me lets start this ASAP! Regards, Josh

I play 1/2 up to 3/6 NL and i pretty much made it up to these stakes without coaching/sweating etc. i have some ppl i can talk poker with, but they dont play my stakes, so this would be a very interesting thing for me.
I have Skype and ICQ. Lets start this!
