I'm pretty new to DC but this "Secret HQ" thing is a pretty sweet idea. I'm really considering starting a group for 2nl-25nl, 6max players that want to talk about fundamentals from a ground-up look at poker.

I think fundamentals are the most overlooked part of poker and many players will just learn how to copy other players without learning WHY they're doing something. IE) 3-bet the loose raiser that doesn't fourbet. See, most of the time that's going to be good enough... but what do we do when that loose raiser calls? How often is too often of a fourbet? What range dictates how loose a 3-bettor is? If we've been playing tight and someone's stolen our blinds 2 rounds in a row does that make them loose, lucky, or does that make us unlucky/wrong?

Ran a sweat session for a member today where I smoked 4BI, woot woooooot. Lots of thought provoking discussion and interesting comments.
