We are the Creative Grinders! Wat? Creative Grinders, a poker study group with 4 Euro players. Our study group originally started as a study group for the Tri/cts book, half a year ago. After we finished the book we decided to stick around, because we felt that we really helped each others becoming better players. Our ultimate goal is to help each others crush the NL Mid Stakes (and higher?).

Now we are looking to enforce our team with a couple of new members. So what do we do? Each Monday 20:00 CET we meet each other at Skype and discuss hand histories. These discussions on hand histories lead to more discussion about general poker theory. The session usually lasts 2-3 hours. The rest of the week ppl sometimes meet on AIM/Skype for a chat or a sweat session.

Is this something for you? Then join us! To have this work out for everyone we have to set some requirements:

- Motivation to work on your game and help others
- High availability rate on Monday 20:00 CET
- Must be able to beat 100NL (We play around 100NL-400NL)

I would be up for this. Sounds like a great idea, and I'd like to think I definitely meet the requirements - currently playing 1/2, based in Europe, so the time isn't a problem, and definitely motivated to improve and help others.

haha, it's not as serious as I may sound I just need to make sure that we're on the same level and have the same goals. There is no point in working with people who are not trying their best. Didn't know how else to put it.

100nl is my ceiling and it looks like you've got lots of interest but if you have any open spots I'd love to be a fly on the wall for a session. I didn't finish the cts book because I felt it was really advance for ssnl and I would start spewing but it'd be cool to see how you guys are applying the concepts in the book.
