"Two Queens One Flop" is a diverse group of micro stakes players, looking to move up together. Our group is focused on 6-max NL.
This thread supplements our Skype group, and makes us known to the Deuces Cracked community. If you want to join us, any micro stakes (6-max NL) players are welcome. You can hit me up on Skype, where I go by "hobbyflekken", or just post in this thread.
We'll arrange internal competitions for honour and bragging rights. For instance, "The Deodorant" will be awarded to the player giving the most sweats.
We hope to see you in our ranks soon! And to everyone in the group, this is your cue to start posting!

Ok looks like I get the honour of first post.
I'm Swi1ch, 20 from the UK, been playing poker for a few years, and by poker I mean throwing some cards on a table while drinking. Started playing poker online about three months ago, joined DC maybe two months ago and donked about for a month, then actually started learning and now i'm overrolled and at a good winrate for 2NL and taking shots at 5NL and trying to stick.

Hi guys! I'm cochaj, 23, from the USA. I've been playing poker for about 3 years, mostly home games with friends. I never played online or got serious about it until I randomly stumbled upon the 2+2 while searching for something completely unrelated.
I first deposited on Poker Stars around March of this year and played $0.50/$1 LHE for...reasons unclear to me. Needless to say, I was both under-skilled and under-rolled and quickly busted. Since then, I've found my true calling for 6-max NL and started again from scratch.
I joined DC during the Free Flash Festival and have been up and down from 2NL to 10NL. After watching EPTPE, I'm a whole different player - crushed 2NL, going strong at 5NL, and gonna be rolled for 10NL soon!

Hey guys. I started a thread on here about a month ago trying to find some DC members grinding the same stakes as me, and was super surprised to see the turnout of what we now are "Two Queens One Flop"
I'm Rich, 21, also from the USA. I've been playing poker on and off since high school, random games in friends garages, parties, but never took it seriously until the beginning of this year. Like most stories, I deposited, played outta my range, and was just overall bad - and eventually went broke.
I joined DC with the last of my roll on FT, and have been running well at 2NL. I now have rolls on both FT and PS - and enjoy learning and playing more everyday. This group has really changed the way I look at poker now that I have thoughts instantly whenever I have questions regarding our micro stakes. Hopefully I can jump up to 5NL soon and stick and run with it.

So I'm the old guy in the group. 33, married and 3 kids so my poker time can be somewhat limited, but I manage.
I started playing about 5 years ago. Started as a limit HE guy and built my initial $25 deposit up starting at the 0.02/0.04 tables on Stars and eventually played as high as $3/$6 limit. About the time of the UIGEA the limit table started to get tough and I decided to make the NL jump.
Took me a while to catch on to NL, but in 2008 something clicked and I ran very well over a big sample at 50NL and beat 100NL over a similar sample. Played some 200NL, but can't say I ever beat it.
The I started playing too much chasing VPPs on Stars and lots of autopilot set in and I rarely watched videos or was on the forums. 2009 I was break even and by the end couldn't beat 25NL. I decided I was going to either take the game seriously or quit. On Christmas day 2009 I had $50 on FTP (my real roll was on Stars) and decided I was going to either build that up or stop playing. Worked out all right and I'm playing 50NL now.

Hey, I'm Chris, 18, from Estonia. English isn't my first language but imo that should not be a problem(not a big one at least). I'm currently playing NL25 but intend to move up to NL50 in a few months(hopefully). I play on Pokerstars and Full Tilt.
I started off about 6-8 months ago by winning a freeroll and have been growing my bankroll ever since. I've tilted pretty bad once and twice and that made me cash out my $200 bankroll while playing NL4-NL10. So I have a bunch of experience in these games since I put in many hours trying to build from $25 again. I mostly play 6-max but I'm not a complete fish when it comes to SNG-s and MTT-s.

Yo! I'm maglame, derived from my real name "Magnus" and "lame". Take from that what you want. I play NL25 right now at FullTilt. Even though I'm not the brains behind getting a Skype group together, I've somehow become one of the more active players in the group. I guess I just really believe in the concept.
The games aren't dead, but that's just because the fury of Two Queens One Flop hasn't been unleashed yet!
