I would fold. Even If BTN only has two black aces (which is doubtful since you describe him as a tight reg) he would be favorite on this flop. He could be trying to isolate the fish and might fold if you raise so that is an option. If you raise and he calls then what would you do on the turn? A blank and you might stack of with queens and a diamond and you'll have to hope that your queen high flush is the best. If the pot was bigger preflop I would shove but you have $12 invested in the pot which makes this an easy fold in my book.

You might have the best hand here but your pair is unlikely to hold up till the river so that is kind of irrelevant. Your flush draw is not worth chasing. It's nice to have as a back-up the times you have a hand you can continue with but it this case you don't
This is why I would also fold this pre. The only thing solid you can flop is a set. And when you do you'll have a hard time getting value because you are out of position.
