Villain has WTSD 31% and AFq on river 17%. I had no idea what to do. Im not sure if I fire 3rd barell he calls with A8xx/A7xx or should I bet smt like 7$? He probably wont bluff there.

I would maybe fold this preflop on this table. Just bet bigger on the flop and the turn to maximize your value againts draws, they are so passive it´s easy bet/fold if they shove to your face. Something like 1/3 -1/2 pot is fine on the river and fold to a raise. WTSD 31% is a bit high and he could make a curious call if you bet smallish.
