Okay I see what you guys are saying.
Before: To raise all in: .764... :1 (Would raise $54.59 into $41.75) .764.../1.764...= 56.7%
After: To raise all in: 54.59/150.93= 36.1%
Is this right?
You dont need to look at the before number because if they fold you win....
Just look at the after number when you do get called so you know how much equity you need.

if we have more than a third equity three way, I'm thinking we can get it in 3way and always be profitable.
In this case, the only thing I think we should be concerned about is lower flushes, not because we don't want them to hit, but it takes two of our outs away twice and we can't think our over cards, even if we pair them, will give us the best hand.
But 3way, I don't think it's unprofitable unless someone has 4cards that are the same suit as our flush draw.
