I was wondering how wide you can call in the bb if the sb opens.
I know it depends on sb steal%, f3b%, cb%, AF, history, stacksizes.
But lets assume your in a vacuum and effective stacks are 100bbs, sb TAG opens and your in the bb.
What groundrules should you have when you consider flatting?
And what hands would be better to 3b?

Well you're going to be IP for the entire hand against someone who is likely opening too wide - where might you go from there?
