Both players have about 45% wtsd and are quite agro so my plan was to check/call flop and check/raise turn to isolate if the straight or a comes.

Any thoughts on what I could have done different? Should I lead the turn when I hit?
What to do if river is a ?

Since both players are fish I like the passive line at the flop, waiting to hit before putting money in the pot.
I would lead the turn because I see them having a wider callingrange than a bettingrange.
As played I would raise the turn as you do.
Now evaluate river.
