Its $6.75 to call. Villain is 17 12 with af 9.5 after 132 hands. Has 4b once before not vs me.
The 3b is good right?
Effective stacks are 100bb at the start of the hand, can I call the 4b IP?

I 3-bet 100% (pretty much), but I do it smaller. In general I don't like making big 3-bets IP for two reasons: 1) I'd rather be slightly deeper w/ position 'cas it's easy to outplay people and a higher SPR sucks for them; 2) it means they can't 4-bet AAxx, KKxx etc. so big that it makes it unexploitable. Nothing sucks more than raising a hand like this and just having them stick half their stack in where they won't make any mistakes. Obviously if stacks are super deep, I'm more than happy to 3-bet pot because then I'm just bloating pots IP (yay) and the two previous considerations are nullified.

As played, we make an easy call and try and flop anything.
