Kind of gross but I'm not folding, especially with only $55 effective left on river, the FD missing and against a guy who likes making plays.

I call. We have the third nuts and only a gutshot or top set which we block beats us. If he has it, good for him, but I've seen this play WAY too often w/ two pairs, lower sets etc. to give him credit for being good often enough to make folding correct.

If thats a bluff , thats a pretty good one , since he usually knows what you have , AK+ and he wants you to fold it. From a regular at 100 , you cannot expect this being a bluff ofen enough to profitably calling in the long run.
His hand range are here nut straights and missed flush draws ( that also had a pair of aces probably). If its not a player that would call your raise with a bare flush draw you cannot call his bet.

Since the flush draws missed I think he should realize he is getting called more and thus I can probably fold. However this is exploitable and if there is any sign or suspicion that he is in fact exploiting it I can call.

Versus such a player you should rarely expect bluffs here without a history.

Yea, I agree. His whole line looks like a rundown sort of hand that donkbluffs the flop on a dry board, barrels when he picks up extra turn equity (enough extra to call a turn raise, in fact) and then gets there. Hard to pick out too many other hands that would take this line (235xss? lol) so I'd pitch it unless he gives me a good reason not to.
