I am finding my self i quite a few situations where i flop a set on a Ts9s4 type of board (flush or straight draw) and i make a 1/2 pot raise and get re raised by a bad loose player or a passive calling station
should i even c bet with those types of boards or even flat call a raise.

By the time the pot gets that big, it doesn't really matter you're a slight dog, you have equity to stack off. Versus a range it's very doubtful you are actually a slight dog though because they can have lower sets or spazz with weak top two hands. You are on average on the good end of a 60/40.
