I am finding my self i quite a few situations where i flop a set on a Ts9s4 type of board (flush or straight draw) and i make a 1/2 pot raise and get re raised by a bad loose player or a passive calling station
should i even c bet with those types of boards or even flat call a raise.

Hand history examples + info on villains are mandatory to answer this type of question because it depends on too many variables (spr, villain tendencies, etc).

Im not sure how to post a hand history but heres an example

Hero Btn KKT4 rainbow raise 3x
Sb folds
BB calls
Flop K 7s6s
BB checks
Hero raise 1/2 pot
BB re raise pot

BB is quite loose with a high vpip and low pfr stacks are around 200bb deep

I mean, that specific hand is a great spot to just put it in against a range which includes a lot of set-over-set spots for us.

I'm not really understanding what you're asking, if you're flopping top set and the villain wants to get it in then beat him into the pot.

Yes it seems like a good spot to put it in but wouldt i be a dog with nothing besides my set against a flush+straight draw?

Just put them on a stackoff range and run the equities.

You'll need to enter ranges, etc., to modify this, but PPT is definitely what you're looking for here. Running equities and getting accustomed to equities and ranges in PLO is an ABSOLUTE must here.

By the time the pot gets that big, it doesn't really matter you're a slight dog, you have equity to stack off. Versus a range it's very doubtful you are actually a slight dog though because they can have lower sets or spazz with weak top two hands. You are on average on the good end of a 60/40.
