BTN is an uber maniac, running at 95/67 preflop for like 60 hands, with a whopping 80% 3bet. Likes to get it in fairly light on the flop too. SB - only 25 hands on him, seems like a reg 28/20 so far, has made a few 3bets already, hasn't shown them down so no clue about his range. Probably realizes that button 3bets with close to any4 here so may be coming in lighter than AA, or maybe not, Idk.
I'm very new to PLO so idk what to do on a flop like this, is this a snapfold or a shove? When the reg pots the flop I expect him to have either something like 89TJ, 9TJQ, maybe AA with some pair. I don't think he has many sets considering his his 4betting range. Vs that range I have like 40% equity. I obviously have no clue what button may have and how to deal with the fact that he's behind me with a random range.

So - What do I do here?

I don't like being sandwiched here preflop and would fold to the 4 bet, especially with two tens in our hand. The amount of flops we hit goes way down with a pair - despite how pretty our hand looks - and it might even get 5-bet behind us. Even if it's not 5-bet then we will have the worst relative position on the flop, like how it is now when faced with a bet and player behind us. Luckily you hit the flop pretty hard so just shovel in the rest and get there.

I agree with folding to the 4Bet. This hand plays pretty poorly against a 4Bet range because of the pair. Also, our flush draws can be dominated sometimes.

Also agree with getting the rest in here. One of the above average flops for your hand.

Yeah although this hand looks really pretty, it's actually quite hard to outrun aces on just the flop.

Once you have called you are committed to this flop.

Thanks guys. Does the pair really hurt us this much in a 4bet pot even with a double suited rundown? What if the Tc was 9c or 8c, does it become an easy call then preflop?

Yeah, the pair sucks pretty bad 'cas it's just so much harder to hit (you have two cards which hit your TT as opposed to 6 which hit T9, not to mention a reduction in the number of straights you can make etc).

As for if you have the 9c or 8c, that would make your hand a super easy call. You hit the flop SO often it's untrue.
