When to flat, fold, or ship KK preflop

i'm confused as to when to flat and ship even when getting 4 and 5 bet at 100 bb deep 0.05/0.1

KK/AA same hand pre.

Right problem is i've been running into AA with KK Aipf should I flat to 3bets with AA or KK etc

I would imagine getting 100bbs in preflop w/ KKxx in 10PLO is gonna work out very badly for you in the long run. Unless you see someone has a very high 3-bet stat, more often than not you'll be punting money into AAxx which sucks. As for getting 4-bet, I would think, unless the Ks are VERY good (KKQJds or w/e) then your best bet is to muck and move on.
