Villain is a 40/24. Only 30 Hands so far. Should i bet the Turn or check it and fold to a River bet?

I would bet the turn. If he had Js up or better he would usually have just put the money in on the flop. If he doesn't have a J you'll probably take down the pot and if he does have a J, you're usually still drawing decently live and there's already less than a pot sized bet to play for.

We're holding the A and K of spades so on the river it seems less likely that he holds a bare flush draw to bluff with. Most likely he called the flop with some hand that contained pair + weak draw, with both of the primary pairs he would call us with now beating us so I would fold.

Shove turn. With less than a PSB left, you can fold out any straight draws he might have and it allows you to not be bluffed on the river.

OTR, I'd fold because if he doesn't have a J, he most likely had a 9 because OTF, his most likely hands are pair plus draw, and the 3 is not likely at all. Maybe sometimes you're folding the best hand, but I think this is a losing call overall.

i would shove turn i think you are still ahead alot here. i would expect him to raise JJ/99/J9 here and even if he has a J you are not totally screwed. on the river every draw missed i would check his river agg if it's high i am probably calling
