I think we must lead here and actually also barrel several rivers UI if he's unlikely to have improved, because of the draw heavy board. River's I would not barrel: diamonds, ace (since have sd value a little ourselves there), but that's about it. Maybe 3 or 5 is tougher since it's such an easy call for many hands.

hard to imagine why villain doesn't cbet. this is about the dryest board since K72. He's either pot controlling AA** or KK**, or he flopped huge with QJJTds or something.
c/c could be ok, so long as you lead a lot of rivers where you don't improve along with the ones where you do. i'd probably lean toward a bet/fold, because his pot controlling/give up hands are obv greater in number than his slowplays. i sincerely doubt villain is checking behind with anything on this turn.
if he doesn't raise our lead I'd probably barrel any offsuit card 7 or higher, excluding an A. I prob barrel diamonds about half the time.

I agree with B/F, like $5. Very few hands that you'll have good equity against that raise, but it's very unlikely you do get raised.
If called I'd bet every river. I can't imagine a hand that would be comfortable X/C turn and river that doesn't CBet the flop. Maybe it's a slow play, but almost all of the time people are going to CBet their AA** and KK** hands on that board. Depending on how aggressive he is, he might've 3Bet a double paired hand hit middle/bottom set and is scared of top set? I don't know. His line doesn't make too much sense. Would he min 3Bet JJ rundown? That's another that would slow play as its crushing the board and won't get any action.
