Looks good to me. I would've played it the same. There's some concern that either player may have a rundown that dominates yours but on most flops I think it should be pretty easy to determine whether you want to go with it or not.

I don't like calling the 3-bet cold here and would fold preflop. We are not closing the action and our hand that great to see a 4-handed flop with, which it will very often be. We will also have the worst relative position on the flop and the stack distribution will be bad with the slightly short 3-bettor in front of us but UTG behind us is 120 BB deep.
