In position I call and look to continue on cards that improve us. Raising would seem to better if we had a pair on board or a read that he'll fold this c-bet size, but when we raise on this board, it looks like we have a draw since there aren't many strong made hands we'll show up with here so I don't know that we make a lot of money by just jamming absent a read.

His tight 3bet range preflop usually consists of good AAxx, some players also 3bets bad AAxx from the blinds, maybe KKxxds and AKJT/AKQJss/ds. With this range I don´t think he´s going to fold do a raise because he´ll have TP or OP often sometimes with a good flushdraw to go with it. Against this range you have 44% equity, against only good AAxx you also have 44% with your flushdraw, gutshot and backdoorstraight draws.
If you just call and the turn isn´t a club I think you are in a very tough spot and he´ll often slow down if the turn is a club so you don´t get any value from him anyways, and you want to see both the turn and river with this hand. Folding is out of the question so I think the right play here is to raise and get it in with this equity/stacksizes and money already in the pot.

I agree that's why I think we should focus on building a calling range imo (his cbet size give us great pot odds and SPR of 3 OTT)
Against TAGs you should take unexpected lines as much as possible. He thinks we will raise/commit ourselves or fold most of the time. Calling this draw give us the opportunity to have a range less weak in draw strength when we float or bluff catch with AQxx/KKxx type hands which we decided to call a 3bet with. Furthermore his lowish bet size give us a perfect opportunity to maximize the ev of our hand by playing in position, having a SPR of 3 on the turn (I would bet more because when I am straight bluffing I want to fold out floats and face only an inelastic raise or fold range, ending my positional disadvantage as soon as possible). We can be fairly confident that he will play pretty straightforwardly on the turn.

I think flatting is best. Good pot odds+position. There's lots of scary turns for his hand that we can rep on & if he doesn't see us as too crazy he'll just have to let it go. Like making him c/f AA+fd on the turn would be huge for our hand & that fact that you say he'll play straightforward ott makes the flop a clear call, we can just makes his life hell on so many turns.
