Villain is a casual player. Very loose and pretty passive although in LP he seemed to open a very wide range and calling every 3bet with trash like single suited low pairs etc... Small sample : vpip89pfr26 FCB 36%(11hands) FCB3bpot 0%(2 hands) raise cbet 9%(11hands)AF 1,6
I think that deep calling is maybe best, do you ever fold? Never 3betting oop that deep is a mistake ?(especially vs that player who will never 4bet except with AAxx) What will you do with a hand like T967ds on the BB?
OTF I think I should bet small like I will do with my whole range and to avoid giving him a free card to a big draw OTT.
As played check call check fold is maybe better...?

I think you should've B/F the flop. You have TPTK on a dry board against a passive player. You can bet and sometimes take it down. If he raises then you can pretty confidently fold, and if he calls you can evaluate OTT.
Turn bet is fine IMO. When he calls he probably picked up a FD, so when he bets river I think it's a fold. He would probably check back smaller flushes. The river could be a bet/fold IMO as played against some, but if he is a station then I wouldn't bluff at it. I don't think he's the type of guy who bluffs this river after you check.

Any thoughts on preflop? The offsuit 2 and the A and K of the same suit make me prefer a fold pre . 3betting will put me often in a tough spot post given the stacks depth
I probably fold pre, having the 2 and the K of the suit means its harder for him to pay you off as he cant have K flush when you hit. You are effectively playing a 3 card hand. I would prefer the 3bet IP with this hand probably just fold.
As played, I cbet and expect to take it down. Nearly all passive players here will have a 5 or K here so I wouldnt be concerned by being floated and outplayed. I expect them to play pretty face up so my default turn play would be to then check and fold, or if it checks through to river make a value bet if board rolls out decent.
As you played once you check flop I think bet turn is fine and ch / fold river pretty standard

Given your description of villain I would call pre. Even against an LP you still don't want to play a huge pot out of position without a very strong hand. As played I think flop check is fine since we aren't really afraid of too much here. Cbet can't be terrible either but we get floated a ton. River is worst card in deck given turn action so well played
