First hand, on the turn,if the blank hits, is 20% equity the right number? I came up with 25%.

on the second hand, if the roles are reversed, are you value betting 45 on the river there?
how often do you expect this player to value bet 45 on the river if he gets there with it?
The reason I ask is because it seems like he gets even more polarized because I see semi fishy opponents checking behind even small flushes on the river here and I'm not sure I'd value bet 45 myself just because I see people checking flushes as the preflop 3bettor here and I'm unsure how many worse hands are calling.
Thanks!

Double checked. Pretty sure it's very close to 20%. I think I might have said $400 left behind when it was closer to $320 but the 20% figure is pretty accurate.

I'd expect any good player to bet 45 here. There are very few opponents I'd check it behind against. I think checking anything except a small flush as the preflop reraiser is a mistake here. You can bluff catch with one pair+. No need to do it with a hand that can value bet. Not to mention that a reraising range should be skewed heavily towards biggish flushes anyway.
About the second hand river call, do you call any bet from him OTR, or just the smaller ones? I agree with your assessment that he would've played his strong FDs more aggressively, so considering that, do you call if he bets half pot or 2/3+? Do you think he'd make a small value bet with a medium/small flush after you check the river ever? If not, his range is very unbalanced in that spot.
