N0whereman outlines the series then gets down to some theory discussions.
n0whereman takes you through the math behind PLO! In this comprehensive series, you'll start with a brief overview of basic poker math, then move into PLO specific topics including PF ranges, SPR analysis, 3-betting, draws, flop equity analysis and many other topics, including an overview of the tools you can use to perform your own analysis.

If you want to calculate pot live, just say "pot" and let the dealer figure it out.
(Still interesting if you want to raise to a little less than pot. Or a little more, for that matter.)

say "pot" and then "just kidding"?
Just finished the video last night. A good start. A little elementary like you pointed out, but smart to go from square one. I think the pacing was decent for a math series.
nice video series, keep up the good work!
I thought pace was a little slow, however, I'm pretty comfortable with the math. Explanations were also very good. I am new to PLO and am studying a ton before I actually test my skills, I'd really like to see math based decisions based on HUD, estimated player ranges, game flow in real time.
really good start for this series, much needed stuff for us plo-junkies!
Here are some topics for the next vids i would love to see:
1) Building Ranges in PPT for Eq-Calcs, working with the syntax for a few examples
2) Preflop: optimal 3betting+ Ranges in common spots like COvBTN & adjusting to different player types
3) How to build a good plo 6max HUD and to use it while playing
4) Process of narrowing down opponents ranges in a hand based on infos like stats, Notes ect.

I like points 1+3, but I'm not sure how much all of this pertains to your series.

There will definitely be some stuff on syntax in PPT. "Optimal" 3-betting ranges aren't going to happen, but I'm hopeful I can show you enough about what constructs 3-betting ranges based on certain hands/parameters that you could try doing it yourself. TBH my huds have always been VERY simple, but I can in a later episode talk about the things I do like to use. 4 is a pretty general concept, so look for bits and pieces related to it throughout.
Is this also applicable to HU PLO?
You should be able to adapt any of it to HU, but I'm going to be using mostly 6m examples for stuff.
