You mean with JJ98? I'd definitely raise. Really, you should be raising a pretty wide range of decently strong hands here because your opponent is OOP forever and just exposed the weakness of his hand. Also, its really rare for anyone to get fancy and go for a limpreraise or some other trickiness, so don't worry about that.
