vnv (very nice vid Wink )

good to see you playin on limits where the money does actually matter to you and you force urself to play more in line...

would you say that there are big diferences between the 5/10 and the 25/50 games ? well or to get more specific, where do you think is the biggest gap between two limits in PLO?

as a NLHE reference, the gap between 1/2 and 2/4 is quite big and 2/4 - 5/10 is rather similar (more or less the same playerpool)

hi, big fan, renewed dc membership cuz of this vid

3:01 : aren't we fist pumping getting it in? he has us in kinda bad shape with QcQ*c* but he would c/r w 678T and other stuff that we dominate frequently imo. and if he leads, i assume we are flatting (cuz we dont seem to be thrilled about stacking off) and whats our plan for blank turns?

6:40, what are you doing if u get raised my either wasaberga or rivalzz?

17:50: couldnt we see a turn and play better? when he stacks off were not gonna be in dominating shape much, and seems like we can play better than him on the turn. And the fold equity we lose by not shoving flop will still be there on the turn, if not more imo. is my thought logical?

19:27: 3b if suited to the king? to the jack? not 3b at all?

thanks!

great vid

my experience says 2/4 and 3/6 plo is basically the same.
5/10 is not easy to beat for a tonne but people aren't constantly owning you. it kind of feels like it plays a bit smaller than 25/50 or 2/4 or 3/6 (relative to stakes i mean). that's just my experience, i don't tend to play too much 5/10.

the 5/10 players are usually pretty good but not too out of line.

i find the big thing at 25/50 is that once you acclimatize to the limit, you are ok and it doesn't feel THAT much tougher than 5/10 unless you get into some tough river spots. most the hands play out similarly.

however, i think you would find 25/50 way tougher as you just jumped into it because you need to have a really solid game since if you have leaks you will get severely punished straight away. simple example might be if you are a weak player on the button and luckygump is the small blind vs you are a weak player on the button but some random 5/10 reg is the small blind. most the regs are just going to bury you in spots where you play in an easily exploitable way.

i know this doesn't really answer your question but i don't really have a lot of experience at 1/2. i do find the player pool at 5/10 differs a lot from the one at 2/4 and 3/6 though.

3:01 its fine to get it in on flop i'm not sure if i like my check. *shrug*.
6:40 call if its a medium raise, prob fold if its a pot raise as i would expect qq 99%.
17:50 think the thought is logical but i think shoving is best still.
19:27: owuld never really 3 bet K9J6 here. obv double uited. don't think there's much difference between a suited king and a suited 9 personally.
