SB: $88.57
BB: $43.02
UTG: $24.05
Hero (CO): $60.94
BTN: $22.30

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is CO with 8 Spade J Spade T Heart J Club
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.85, 1 fold, SB calls $0.75, BB calls $0.60

Flop: ($2.55) Q Heart 5 Heart 9 Spade (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $2.55, Hero calls $2.55, SB folds

Turn: ($7.65) 6 Diamond (2 players)
BB bets $7.65, Hero calls $7.65

River: ($22.95) 7 Heart (2 players)
BB checks, Hero??

At these stakes villain is not c/r flush and more importantly not c/r bluffing.
So I decided bet/fold is right play.
What bet size would prompt villain to call with set or two pair??

If I had a flush and wanted 2p/set to call I would probably bet 10-13. If I wanted him to fold qq** I would probably bet 19-21.

Agianst a thinking opponent I dont think you can really represnt a flush here. If you had a naked flush draw wouldnt you fold the turn? If you had a pair+flush draw+overs or flush+gut, why wouldnt you raise the flop, and check behind turn?

Any stats on how often he cbets? even though a flush draw is out and we have a wrap (non nut), I think if we want to bluff him we need to repot this flop. We also have 2 jack blockers to higher wraps. I think repoting this flop is the best play as we can represnt so much more. If we get shoved on then we should probably fold.

Fold flop.

+1. With a fd out there and a pair in your wrap and most importantly not closing the action I muck it pretty fast.

This is prolly not an issue at 0.25/0.5 but i dont know rly. But I have a lot of players in my games who do exactly this and its UNBELIEVABLY easy to read.

Being 172 bb deep there is no reason to jam a pair of Queens and a non nut fd. No reason to jam an OESD and a non nut fd either. There should be some hands with SD value + draw that we should play passive up untill this spot.

Oh and I stick out 15 for value on the river. You will be looked up by a set or top two pretty often imo

Nice explanation.
I can get raised behind so this is not a good call.
I guess I got excited seeing the wrap.
As played I bet 10 on the river.

Would you call flop headsup or would it still be marginal?
