are there any club rivers that you would value bet in this spot(other than board pairs) in the 7744 hand. or do you think its too thin?
Top Notch!
Goddamn what an awesome intro.

If the river bricked (say an offsuit 5) would you be bluffing to make him fold overpairs as you don't have many bluffs in your range?
awesome video, very insightfull..can't wait for more

I like that you played some hu and shourthanded.if you dont play at the bigger sites,it happens quite often, that you have to play hu or shourthanded to get some games going.

We just turned a 17-wrap, so we could call a raise, right?

What about leading the turn here on the 7d, repping 9T. You can barrel some brick rivers, and you can't really x/call the turn anyway. He basically has to have a flush draw to semi-bluff raise here.

yea this play is probably strong, also leading jacks up in that spot would be reasonable. i don't think much of his reraising range can call a lead there even if he thinks you're full of it (what's he going to do with aces or kings really?).

yea my bad.

actually there are a lot of 'bluffs' in my range there i think, 789 89Q, 879, QT8 style hands.
you might bluff with those hands against a player you saw as not knowing your true range etc but many people will think you are trying to get them to fold an overpair with your combo draw and call. but yes, a bluff would be reasonable. as someone mentioned below, really i should have bet the turn in this hand, i think thats a pretty strong move.
