Hey guys, villian in the hand was 26/18 and we had been playing mainly 6handed. His 3bet was ~5 percent after he 3bet me this hand, but I only had 154 hands on him.
Anyway, I think preflop is standard, 4bet is bad cuz wtf do we do when he 5bets. on the flop, I think a call is standard, I considered a raise but I figured I could outplay him on later streets or make a better hand. I think he has AA a lot preflop btw, but probably not exclusively that, I think he also has some rundowns which crush this flop. So I think call is the only good play.
On the turn, I'm open to suggestions, I thought about betting but chickened out.
River blanks out, and I consider turning my hand into a bluff on this river to get him off AAxx or KKxx, but do you think he folds?
I can provide more info if you want, I was playing a standard TAG style

The 3
is a pretty blank river, what value type hands do you check back the turn with and bet the river? On the other hand, if villain seemed a bit nitty post flop I think you'll get enough folds, since he is so obviously weak on the turn.
I would have bet folded that turn all day long, and followed up with a bluff on a lot of rivers.

I think a bet on the turn would be standard. His line seems like he had an overpair type hand, but gave up on the turn because it hammered your range. As played though, I think you can still get away with a bluff here on the river, but don't bet full pot. Bet a size that gives you a good price on your bluff, and that looks like value. Something like 38 should get the job done here most of the time. It's very hard for him to call with a naked overpair here, but I think his line looks like he's going to c/f even though your line looks very weak to an aware player, most people don't have the guts to c/c with an overpair on the river here.
In addition, I think he at the very least blocker bets his entire range of made hands on the river. Any sets and two pairs here will at least put out some kind of bet here because of how the action went, and his QTxx type hands would obviously bet as well. Therefore, I don't think you have to be worried about made hands, and as a result you should bluff since you don't have any showdown value against his pre flop 3 betting range.

a small point unrelated to the hand question - if you do get to showdown, pay close attention to his hand. if he has like bare aaxx, you might be more inclined to float him IP in 3-bet pots in the future. there's other hand combos that could tell you other things - the overpair one just came to me off the bat.

I agree with everyone else that the turn is where you want to be bluffing here. That turn card nailed your range (or at least your perceived range). I think you can still get away with a river bluff, but turn is optimal. There will probably be some two pair hands in his range though such as J9, J8, 89.
