I really want these notes but I'm not going to ask for the OP to send them because he took his own time to make them, offered them to us and for him to send them to like 1000 people individually is pretty mad and just asking waay too much

So someone with the notes, please upload them to a sharing site or even upload to a torrent site in a password protected zipped/rar'ed file would work imo (obviously post the password in the topic).

P.S. If anyone (not the OP) will email the notes to me (just pm for my email) I'm willing to be the one that uploads them some and then everyone can be happy
