Someone give me some simple instructions on how to post it and I can do so.

I think the fold stats line is one of the most useful. I also have the fold to river bet% stat to give me some idea of how successful a 3 barrel or river bluff might be. I color all the high percentages the same color, so if I see a solid color across the line (I happen to use red) on a decent sample size, I know I've got some fold equity.

Dang, posting the XML text directly doesn't work (I just tried mine), unless there is a way to turn off macros.

Instead of the XML file, you can make a screenshot (Start HEM -> HUD options -> Player Preferences -> (make sure no personal information is showing you care about) -> press ALT+Print Screen keys on the keyboard -> launch Paint (Start menu -> Accessories -> Paint), select Edit menu -> Paste -> select File menu -> Save as PNG "whitelimePLOHUD.png" -> upload to photobucket or flickr -> post link here).

You can press the Raw button on the right to get the original text, copy&paste it to a "hud.xml" file, HEM -> HUD Options -> Player Preferences -> Import button -> navigate to your hud.xml file and boom!

You can also use the Download option, but you have to rename the file from .rb to .xml.
