Hey guys,
Will add the WMV in a bit -- it's taking a long while to produce so I just put the streaming version up for now.

If you were singlesuited but to the Ace, would you call here? What about DS?

Great episode Emil. Really liked the discussion about the 8654 hand here, both in this scenario and in the hypotheticals you went into later in the vid (what to do in position, what portions of his range he'll fold correctly if you just call, etc).

you are flipping against aces and kings and you are crushed by hands like the one he had, i think you can assume that any 5/10 regular is 3 betting enough high/midcard hands to make this a very bad flop for your hand
WMV is up. Thanks guys.

Good video.
What percentage of your hands are played at HU and 6max btw? I usually see you playing only HU PLO at FTP/Stars. Big reason why I really hope to see some HU PLO vids of you.
I think you oversimplified the 8654 hand a good bit (given him a range of all aa**, all kk** and all betting that big there). Looks like a c/f in that scenario (esp his betsize). Leading looks like an option too me.
Great Video! Really enjoy your thought process on the hands.

on table 1, you fold the queens, can you not set mine profitably here? what would you be doing with dry KKxx or JJ98ds in this spot.

Double suited I am playing against any opponent. Single suited it depends on the opponent. Against an aggressive 3-bettor, I'd play it single suited to the A.

It's pretty close. I'd play the QQ if I had a suited A along with it or if they were double suited. The thing to remember about set mining in PLO is the draws you get all in against usually have really good equity against you so it's not like you get it allin w/ 88% like you do in hold'em.
Rainbow KK is pretty close too but I'd probably dump something like KK72o and play something like KK89o.
JJ98ds is significantly stronger than either of those hands and I am never folding.
can you comment on the 3-bet pre there on table 2?
Against a good button who is probably opening a wide range, this is pretty standard w/ 3 big cards and a suited A.
The hand at 36 minutes I play the same except I am probably just not opening that UTG. I think that is a little too loose and I'm not convinced you are really going to show a profit playing a hand like that with RIO problems because of the gap at the top and not a ton of high card value. Similarly when you open something like 4578 UTG. If those hands were like...a pip or two pips higher, I'd probably open them. In looser games when you get multiple callers even when we flop a decent draw we are never thrilled to get the money in though as our pivot card will rarely be making us the nuts.
