A 4 A 6 on flop 5 7 8 lost vs 789J rainbow (900$ pot)

A 10 A 8 on flop 3 7 8 lost vs 3s9s10hKh (750$ pot)

I know how important is position also started not to play danglers.

You need to raise more PF and not be so weakish. Use your position aggressively. Steal more blinds and isolate more often. It will make you more money and make you tougher to play against.

In PLO there is more than one way to play succesful, especially Preflop very loose aggressiv and very nitty styles can be both pretty successful if you know how to play postflop. So its kind of tough to say if your low PFR amount is really a leak or just your style of playing.
