I would call.
Your pot odds are ~33% and you have 10 outs or ~20% equity.
I dont think you have much implied odds cause if villain has 67xx he would x/f on any card that pairs the board.
So we miss 13% equity and thats like 6 outs and I think there are definitely 6 cards beside the pairing the board cards that villain would play x/f on like a 9/t/j or a spade.
All assuming villain always has 67xx here and will fold on at least 6 of those cards on the river.
So I call with the intention of bluffing rivers when villain x.

He can easily have stuff like AJT9 KJT9 JT98 with spades etc-
If he was a tighter reg he would have a lot more of those. But also the looser guy has tons in addition to 76xx (which could often CR the turn, btw, imo)
