I am just starting with PLO. So wait for much better thinkers to prevail but I would say shovel money over the top on the flop. There aren't a lot of wonderful turn cards really. There are a lot which might kill the action. I would say try and get value out of sets and two pair hands now, maybe even dry AAxx. I would pot it here on the flop and see what develops on later streets. Please remember - this could be completely wrong, I'm a newbie too.
On the turn I def still think I want the money to go in. Mainly I think you need to raise the flop. From what I have heard straightforward play is usually best.

well played. you could raise the flop but your hand will be pretty face up (esp being in the bb and checking pre) and sb will feel committed when he pots the turn (you also keep in weak hands like 2 pair from the other fish that we can get more value from later from our disguised hand.
