Hi,
Ive played over 70k hands of PLO now at 5plo 10plo and 25plo but I still dont have a strategy to stick to.
I play zoom or 4-9 regular tables.
Ive watched over dozens of videos here at DC, I review my hands every day; my biggest lost pots, my allins, I then mess around with propokertools to get some feeling about odds.
So far Ive lost $1k.
What more can I do to improve my game?
(I am a winning nlhe player over 1million+ hands at 25-100nl)

Talk to other people who play similar stakes? Play more? Get a coach? If you've played 1M hands of NLHE you know this question is super vague. Also, 70k hands (unfortunately) isn't a terribly large sample size at PLO.
eta: All told, I wouldn't worry toooooooooo much, but definitely talk to somebody, be it a colleague or a coach.

Obviously you've got a HUD so can you filter to see where you're losing money. For example, are you losing from UTG or the blinds (after what you pay in blinds is discounted)? If so, you could be playing too loose OOP. How about 3-bet pots? You might find yourself calling opponent's 3-bets and folding the flop way too often. These are obv just examples of what could work, but if you filter your hands you might be able to find areas of your game which are costing you money and perhaps adapt to plug these leaks.
