Guys, 3-barrel bluffing 92/14 players is usually not a good idea. I'm curious as to why you think it's a good idea in this hand. Are you somehow expecting him to play 92/14 preflop, but then suddenly start making rational folds postflop? In my experience, this is the type of player who will probably call flop and turn with any hand and any draw.

If I'm reading ProPokerTools right, he's going to have that a lot on this board. He raised with a 14% (or so?) range. He can continue on this flop 90% of the time, and the turn maybe 75% of the time. By the river, he's often going to have a 4, a 9, a 10 or an overpair.

Aren't we actually overestimating the fold equity on each street here? Creating a compounding error that eventually ends up being a fair bit -EV?

Yea, I think we mentioned 3barreling would be much better against an opponent that actually folds and also with more back-door equity. I'm not sure how you made the PPT calculations, what is included in his supposed flop "continuing range"? The turn barrel was also around half pot, so if he folds 25% of the time and when he calls some of our overcards + gutter are good, it shouldn't be as -EV as it seems. Anyway, I agree that 3barreling loose opponents is usually not a good idea.
