Fold to cb in 3 bet pot 55, raise 13, 12k hands
I think his range is a lot of straighdraws, flushdraws, some aces and rare A6*, A7*
Should I bet the turn, and, if he calls, blank river? Or turn only?

With just over 1 SPR left I would shut down. With effective stacks as they are, as well as his relative tightness, I don't think he's folding the turn nearly often enough to take the pot.

He will still check back turn sometimes, so when that happens we still have our gutter and two pair outs against his aces-ups. If our image is tight we also have the option to bluff board pairing rivers.
