The villain who raised the flop was 46/10 .87AF and the villain who cold called just sat down. What is my action on the flop? Should i 3 bet or should i just call. That cold call looked awfully strong. I really have no idea what to do here.

I think you played it fine, though you mayyyy be getting priced in to draw to a boat on the turn. Hard to say how many clean outs you have though, since there could be some 76 type hands and very possibly an overset. Fold's probably good.

Yes, my feeling is we either fold the turn (as he's probably got 66) or we jam hoping to make th eboat on the river.
