UTG is 21/2 and MP2 is 34/1 after 90 hands.
The pot is already big from the preflop action but I'm a bit worried about the flop since I think a lot of their range here is JJ-KK. But I don't think either player is very good so I can see them possibly having AQ, AJ, AK, or medium pair.

You got 20% of your stack in before the flop, so you can't even think about not going all the way, just think about how best to get the money in... you have $20 left, which isn't a whole lot more than a pot size bet. The pot is big and the board is drawy. Heads up I might bet $10 and get the rest in on the turn, but with 2 players I'm be more inclined to just get it in on the flop so that if the first player calls the other isn't getting good odds.

I'd just shove the flop. It's only a $2 overbet to the biggest stack in the hand. You could be beaten but thems the brakes sometimes. 21/2 over 90 hands is really nothing btw, it just shows he's not being aggressive when he should be and/or he's just been card dead for a while.

Shove. No reason to think you're behind. Would make it a psb, but effective stacks are only a little more than pot anyhow.
Btw, I didn't think the flop was all that ugly. Hoping someone has AQ, KQ, or JT.
I was thinking this was going to be 4 callers on a JT9 3 flush board.

If you start folding AA on a Q-high flop, what are you going to do with AQ on a QXX flop? fold that too? Next you'll be folding sets.
You have to stack off here.
QJx is alot different than Q23. In a HU pot at 100nl there are a couple regs I'm bet/folding this flop to but almost always shipping it in.

Thanks all for the feedback.
Given the pot size compared to my stack and my hand I can't really see folding this flop.
My worry about pushing is that given the preflop action it's probably clear to opponents that I have AA or maybe KK. So when I shove with 2 people to act I'm probably only getting called by a hand that beats me. What happens if I check?
The reason I thought the flop was ugly is that up to now I've been playing only SNGs. At a midstakes SNGs if you get that action preflop, you can pretty much guarantee that that you're looking at Aces, Kings or Queens, maybe JJ, AK for a looser player. I'm still trying to adjust to the ranges that I see people calling with in position in cash games - all sorts of funky hands that you would never dream of playing in a SNG
