I am new to NL and have a really easy question. I pull this crap every now and then with PPs and hands like the one I use here. Does this move have a name?

Openraiser was opening light and SB was good player with PFR like 13 at FR.

Seriously though, squeezing doesn't happen all that often at full ring so it's pretty spewy. I'm not sure how good/bad this would be at 6m. The problem here is that sb is going to put you on a small pair/Ax alot and call with AK and w/e pair he's raising with, maybe even AQ because of how wierd your line is.

I think jessyj probably meant that he will be jamming over your 4-bet with almost anything that he 3-bets with.

If you are the first caller then moves like this are much more reasonable (though not necessarily a good idea). As an overcaller, its much less realistic to represent a big hand, and he's going to stack off with anything good. QTs is not in good shape against anything good.

Now, if the squeezer is very aggressive in this spot, this is a reasonable play with some hands like JJ and TT, but few others.

If you won, it's fine.

Seriously ... not good or necessary imo. (Also, if I'm going to make a move like this, I'd rather do it with 86 that QT so at least you're hardly ever dominated.)

If you're calling range here is AA/KK then that's pretty bad considering he overcalled then pushed which signifies a marginal hand. I wouldn't expect QTs but something like Axs/AQ/AK/77.

SB raises all in - in the face of a raise, AND a re-raise PF. He's a 'good player, pfr 13'. I think we'll see AA a lot here and sometimes KK.

Oh sorry I saw SB and LAG2 are actually the same...the action 'line' confused me. I thought SB and LAG2 were different players.

don't do it. Actually there are only a few regs that this will work on but that is it.
