Villain is playing 12/12/inf vpip/prfr/af

Over 44 hand

CO: $127.96
BTN: $60.00
SB: $100.50
BB: $40.00
UTG: $129.65
Hero (UTG+1): $134.11
MP: $120.97

Pre Flop: ($1.50) Hero is UTG+1 with A Heart 8 Heart
UTG raises to $3, Hero calls $3, 5 folds

Flop: ($7.50) 8 Diamond Q Heart 9 Heart (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $5, UTG raises to $15, Hero calls $10

Turn: ($37.50) 7 Spade (2 players)
UTG bets $29, Hero ?

I expect villain to open and x/r this flop with AA, KK, QQ, 88, 99, JTs, I don't think he would play KTs this way(checkraise) although I think it is in his opening range. JTo is probably not in his range. Q9s is questionable.

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 40.104% 39.84% 00.26% 7494 49.50 { Ah8h }
Hand 1: 59.896% 59.63% 00.26% 11217 49.50 { AcAd, KK-QQ, 99-88, KhTh, JTs }

Do you think this Range is correct or am I missing some hands who you think he would do this with?

After some Pokerstove calculations with the above range this is clearly a fold on the Flop right we have no fold equity and only 40% on flop.

On the turn we are getting 30% pot odds but we have only 25% change to win the hand so again clear fold right?

Give me your thoughts.

fold preflop 100% of the time.
this is not the first hand that you missplayed preflop, you should definitely put in some work there.

this c/r is usually the absolute nuts.
he might not even do this with AA.
JT isn't in his range btw, only the most aggressive regs raise that UTG and even then only if there is a fish in the blinds.

this is a set over 90% of the time imo.
so calling is definitely the right play.
we also beat bluffs, if he ever bluffs in that spot and we have FDs crushed if he c/raises those (which I doubt a lot).
once it gets to the turn and you don't have the odds (we have in fact only 18% against a range of sets) just fold.

but where you really messed up the hand is preflop.
